To manage the project tasks and track the team progress we are using both TeamGantt as a high-level timeline planner and excel for low-level tasks. We attempted using Trello, but found it difficult to balance concrete low-level and ease of understanding higher-level direction. The excel also provides a checklist to ensure that every decision that needs several teammates is performed by all involved. This will help avoid surprises during the integration stage and forces validation to happen early.<\/p>\n
We have divided all tasks into the following groups:\u00a0Visual Sensing and Perception,\u00a0Planning & Navigation,\u00a0Manipulator Grasping, Manipulator Storage,\u00a0Mobility,\u00a0Robot Integration, and\u00a0Validation & Testing.<\/p>\n
Most team communication occurs through Slack, also divided into the sections above.<\/p>\n
