Shasa Antao<\/h3>\t\t\t

Shasa graduated from Amrita University with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. From there he worked in Bosch India for 2 years as a Product Development Engineer focused in Robotics. While there, he was a founding member for an internal startup that designed robotic solutions targeted at Agriculture. As a graduate student at CMU, his focus lies in\u00a0 building intelligent video analytics deployable in mobile robots.<\/p>\n

Bryson Jones<\/h3>\t\t\t

Bryson received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from NC State in 2019, while holding the roles of Team Captain and Vehicle Dynamics Lead of Wolfpack Motorsports Formula SAE team. The majority of his experience has been in the motorsports, automotive, and transportation industries. He is interested in the use of machine learning methods for online improvement of dynamic system performance.<\/p>\n

Shaun Liu<\/h3>\t\t\t

Shaun graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics. He then worked as a Field Engineer, travelling to over 100 companies to provide manufacturing solutions. Afterwards, he automated software testing for intelligent driver safety systems as a Test Automation Engineer. The robotics technology he learns at CMU will help him develop systems that have positive impact on society.<\/p>\n

Evan Schindewolf<\/h3>\t\t\t

Evan graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Physics and minors in Robotics and Economics in 2019. During this time he worked at The Robotics Institute’s Biorobotics Lab advancing tactile force sensors and systems related to their development and use. His robotics interests lie at the intersection of optimization and dynamic control.<\/p>\n

Wesley Wang<\/h3>\t\t\t

Wesley received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley in 2016. Afterwards, he worked as a mechanical engineer at a startup that specializes in exoskeleton suits for medical and industrial purposes. He wishes to utilize the mechanical engineering knowledge he has gained by combining it with the robotics knowledge he will learn at CMU. His main area of interest is using computer vision as a method to provide the robot useful information such that it can help humans.<\/p>\n
