Aaron received his B.Eng. in Electronic and Informaiton Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The majority of his experience has been in the computer vision, deep learning, and robotics industries. His interests lie in putting intelligence into industrial robot empowered by deep learning, 3D vision, and motion planning, and create cost-effective solution to support assembly, palletizing, and gluing tasks in logistics and manufacturing.
Yi completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in University of Michigan, with dual degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Wanzhi graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Information Engineering. She has prior research and internship experience in mapping and localization for autonomous vehicles. Her interests lie in perception, computer vision and SLAM.
Yichen is a first-year master’s student at CMU. He got his two bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He had his last Internship at Lenovo Research, where he was in charge of implementing a 3D facial recognition system. Before that, he participated in several research projects involving robotics and web development as an undergraduate researcher at Lehigh. In his spare time, he likes to ski, rock climb and plays the piano.
