Hybrid – Agile Methodology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In Semester 1, we followed a very traditional (“Waterfall”) approach to Project Management. The system was designed with a clear outline of the major subsystems. An overarching schedule was also made based on the Work Breakdown packages and major milestones. However, once we began actual development we realized that it made sense to adopt Agile principles for the dynamically evolving nitty-gritties of the project. And thus, a cycle of constant planning-executing-evaluating was established. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
