Stand-up Meeting – Meeting Style & Structure

  • Hold a full-team meeting once a week (usually 2–3) for at least 1 hour to split up tasks.

  • Schedule smaller, focused meetings among team members for subsystem work (daily), with updates via Discord.

Stand-up Meeting – Meeting Values

  • Joshua – We update each other on progress so everyone is on the same page. Do work together so any questions can be answered immediately.
  • Lance – We grow through contributions and learning from each other’s expertise, which could also make development more efficiently in long-term.
  • Gwen – We seek help and guidance from external resources in-time to mitigate potential risks of delayed deliverables.
  • Wuyi – We can debug each other’s code to speed up the development.

Stand-up Meeting – Meeting Issues & Resolution

  • If team members fall behind schedule, redistribute the workload.
  • Collaborate as a team to review available options for next steps and address them one by one.
