Fall 2025 Schedule Overview

Stand-up Meeting – Meeting Style & Structure
- Hold a full-team meeting once a week (usually 2–3) for at least 1 hour to split up tasks.
- Convene extended full-team meetings (a few hours) when urgent deadlines approach.
- Schedule smaller, focused meetings among team members for subsystem work (daily), with updates via Discord.
Stand-up Meeting – Meeting Values
- Joshua – We update each other on progress so everyone is on the same page. Do work together so any questions can be answered immediately.
- Lance – We grow through contributions and learning from each other’s expertise, which could also make development more efficiently in long-term.
- Gwen – We seek help and guidance from external resources in-time to mitigate potential risks of delayed deliverables.
- Wuyi – We can debug each other’s code to speed up the development.
Stand-up Meeting – Meeting Issues & Resolution
- If team members fall behind schedule, redistribute the workload.
- Collaborate as a team to review available options for next steps and address them one by one.
- Identify alternative tasks to work on while the roadblock is being resolved.
