Spring Gantt Chart (Updated Mar 2025)

The above shows our Gantt Chart for the Spring semester, re-estimated after the PDR presentation. The components that required the most effort were 1) Perception and 2) Simulation. A sizable amount of work, including the entire Navigation subsystem, was made trivial after we adapted the xarm_ros github repository.

Fall Gantt Chart (Updated October 2025)

The above shows our Gantt Chart for the Fall semester. Mainly the focus will be to set up the system on the Warthog, enable perception for varied lighting conditions, make dual arm planning more synchronized and transfer testing and deployment to NSH High Bay Area
