production sees numerous vehicles assembled every single minute. A major challenge that every
automaker faces is the long queue of completed vehicles that accumulates at the end of the assem-
bly line waiting to be marshaled to shipping yards, train stations, etc for distribution to dealers
across the globe. To alleviate this backlog, these vehicles must be swiftly marshaled to a ship-
ping yard typically located several miles away. Relying on human drivers to perform this task is
an arduous, time-consuming, repetitive and costly approach consuming precious resources. It’s
time for a new approach that can bring speed, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and enhanced safety
in the process of vehicle marshaling.
