Manufacturing facilities are a busy place. With factories pumping out vehicles every minute, the long queue of cars at the end of an assembly line has become a problem for every OEM. Manually marshaling cars from an assembly site to the storage yard using human drivers is a slow and tedious process causing unnecessary bottlenecks.

A potential solution for guiding non-autonomous vehicles to their destination is to use infrastructure sensors and remotely control them with a central decision system
