The majority of the burden of the budget was alleviated by our sponsor, Delphi Automotive, providing the team with the two cameras, the lenses to go with them, and the radar unit. The majority of the team’s budget was spent on the purchase of a high performance desktop computer with a state-of-the-art GPU, as planned. The remaining budget was spent in purchasing low-cost supporting material and devices like a step-up circuit PCB and the Adafruit Ultimate GPS. Table 1 lists the detailed breakdown of the expenditure by the team.
